A simple yet classic lunch box filler. A crunch toast with melted goats cheese, honey and walnut. I don't think there is a better combination of ingredients
Ingredients
goats cheese
herbes de provence
salt and pepper
honey
olive oil
crushed walnuts
1 baguette
Preparation
Slice the baguette diaganolly into thick 1 inch slices and cut the goas cheese.
baguette, sprinkle salt, pepper and the
herbes de provence before drizzling honey
and adding the crushed walnuts. Bake for 12min at 210°
