Yes, if the flights would be more convenient for you it is possible to arrive the evening before the retreat starts from 5pm for a small additional fee which includes dinner and self service breakfast

What time is check in and check out?

Standard check in and check out are at 12pm unless you book an extra night with us. However if your flight is later in the day and you would like to stay and relax by the swimming pool then this is not a problem :)

Yes, one of our core parts of our ethos is that we welcome everyone at our retreats regardless of age, level of ability or their lifestyle choices as we believe that yoga shouldn't be about being good at something but about being good to yourself

No, it is possible to book treatments during the retreat. However if there is a specific day or time that you would like to book the treatment we reccomend booking in advance to garuantee your time slot.

The honest answer is we do not have a typical group. We attract a variety of ages and nationalities. However as a generalisation we are normally fully booked with 12 guests, 2 volunteers and 6 members of staff. Amongst our guests our most common nationalities are British, Irish, Dutch and German. The weather in the winter in the South of Tenerife is similar to a good british summer. So bring mainly summer clothes for the daytime, some light jumpers and jeans for the evenings. Also bring some white clothing for the end of retreat white party.

We provide all of the yoga equipment, towels and toiletries. The main items that we reccomend you bring are : - A hairdryer if you usually need one - Suncream - A refillable water bottle - Small backpack for hiking - Suitable walking or hiking shoes if you plan to join the excursions - A warm coat and hat for the volcano excursion - A white outfit for the last night
