Hi, I'm Hannah Henry and I am a trained breathwork practitioner. My wellness journey began five years ago, a path that led me through yoga and meditation, ultimately culminating in the profound discovery of breathwork. If you had told me ten years ago that I would be here, sharing this transformative practice with others, I wouldn't have believed you.
A few years back, I faced health challenges, including low iron and thyroid issues. While medication was an option, I yearned for a more natural approach to rebalance my body. That's when I stumbled upon the incredible power of breathwork. I heard stories of individuals healing themselves through conscious breathing, and I knew I had to experience it for myself. The results were truly transformative. I no longer experience those health issues and have rediscovered a newfound energy I thought I had lost.
Inspired by my own profound transformation, I became a trained breathwork practicioner with the vision of empowering individuals to reclaim their well-being through the practice of conscious breathwork. Driven by values of compassion and authenticity, I believe that breathwork has the power to transform lives.
