About the Recipe
A super easy, quick, healthy and delicious breakfast that you can pre prepare the night before so that all you have to do in the morning is chop some fresh fruits to go on top!
Ingredients
6 tbsp of chia seeds
2 cups of soy milk
1 tsp of agave or maple sirup
1 pinch of salt
Half tsp vanilla
Half tsp cinnamon
Mix really well everything together. let it sit at least 3 hours in the
fridge or preferably overnight. Serve with fresh fruits, nut butter
and any topping desired.
