Hi, I'm Agota and I’m a certified Yoga instructor with a passion for different flow styles (vinyasa flow, slow flow, dance flow styles). Most recently I have been teaching at yoga retreats in Bali and Sri Lanka.
I’ve always been passionate about movement. As a little girl, I dreamed of becoming a ballerina, but due to family circumstances, that dream couldn’t come true. However, my love for dance and movement never faded—I was always involved in some form of physical activity but something still felt missing.
That’s when I discovered yoga. Although I’ve been practicing for over ten years, it’s only in the past three years that I’ve truly deepened my commitment. After experiencing several health issues caused by sedentary office work, I transitioned from high-intensity training and running to stretching and mindful movement. Yoga offered exactly the balance my body and mind were craving.
Through yoga, I not only found healing and balance but also a way to reconnect with the joy of movement I had cherished since childhood. Today, my greatest passion is guiding others on their own journeys — helping students build strength, find stillness, and move with freedom. Whether through dynamic flows or gentle practices, my aim is to create a safe, welcoming space where everyone can discover the transformative power of yoga.
