By accepting the terms of this Limited Liability Waiver, I hereby agree that I have disclosed any ongoing or current health issues which could affect me while taking part in any of the activities organised on this retreat. I certify that I am physically fit and have no physical or mental illnesses which could cause any harm to myself while taking part in the activities organised at this retreat. I confirm that I have disclosed any dietary requirements or allergies in advance of arriving at the retreat and that if I have any allergies or special dietary requirements which could affect my health, that I have checked the retreat recipes so that I am aware of any foods or recipes that I will be unable to consume and will make the retreat aware of this prior to my arrival.

I accept responsibility for my own personal health and safety while taking part in the free guided activities provided on this retreat. I agree to follow the instructions of the leader guiding the excursion and not to stray from the group or path unless instructed. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for my own personal property and belongings while at the retreat and that the retreat accepts no responsibility in the event of loss or breakage of personal property.
