How to get here?
Save money and pre-book your airport transfers

The retreat is located just 15 minutes drive from Tenerife South Airport, so we advise to choose this airport for your flights when possible. There are no direct buses from the airport to Buzanada and so we recommend booking a taxi as the most convenient way to arrive. A standard taxi costs 25 - 30 euros. We provide private transfers for 20 euros, so please let us know if you would like us to collect you from the airport in advance so that we can arrange this. We also have private parking available at the villa and so if you would like to hire a car to see more of the island please see more information below.
Hiring a Car
Recommended for those who want to explore
We have private parking available at the villa for those who want to explore more of the island in their free time. You can hire a car from the airport for normally around 20 euros a day. We recommend to use the company Autoreisen as they include the full insurance as standard and there is no excess on a credit card. Alternatively if you choose another company then we advise against using Gold Car as they are notorious for scamming customers and we recommend that you put the damage excess on your credit card and take out a separate third party car hire excess insurance. Do not be tricked into paying for the car hires own insurance as it is very expensive and not necessary if you have the excess insured. Take videos of the inside and the outside of the car before leaving the airport.

Here is our suggested packing list :
- 10 euros cash for room key deposit
- Trainers or hiking boots
- Refillable water bottle
- Backpack if you plan on hiking
- Hairdryer if needed
- Suncream
We provide all of the yoga equipment, shower and beach towels and toiletries.
Booking Holistic Treatments
Do I need to book treatments in advance?
You can book treatments while you are at the retreat, but if you would like a treatment on a specific day or time please book in advance to ensure your time slot. At the retreat we currently have massage and sound baths available

Our official team mascot
We have a small very relaxed and slightly overweight sausage dog cross called Carl. He is the retreats chief mascot and strategic advisor. He is also however a ninja when it comes to stealing food. So please could we ask in advance that any food that you have you put in the fridge downstairs and also please do not feed Carl at the table as we want him to have a long and happy life :)

Your help is always appreciated
We want you to enjoy your holiday and have a relaxing time, but we also want the space that we have created to feel like a friendly community where everyone is equal. This practice is called Karma yoga and is intended to create a space where everyone feels valued and no one is treated as subservient. If you feel like doing small things around the house to help the staff like clearing your plate after dinner then it is really appreciated by us and means that our team have more time to relax and enjoy the week with you.
