Villa Pranayama is located in the sunny South of Tenerife in a small village in the mountains of Arona. A spacious villa with beautiful mountain views, its facilities include treatment room, swimming pool, relaxation garden and sun terrace.

Our retreats include 2 daily 90 minute yoga classes. An energizing morning Vinyasa class and a calm, relaxing evening Yin class with 2 highly experienced YTT 500hr teachers. 

Daily excursions to explore the island.

Including exploring The Masca Valley, hiking to a secret hippy beach, hiking around the volcano Mount Teide and a champagne sunset in the Teide national park.

We will also have a special New Years Eve celebration with champagne & fireworks!

All meals including a delicious buffet breakfast with choice of fresh fruits and cooked options, a healthy packed lunch and sumptuous 3 course dinner with optional wine included.
